My understanding is that only about 33% of the population were favorable to rebellion against the King.

I’m willing to be corrected about that, if someone has a source for the correction.

If the Dims do pass gun control bills, they will lose their majority in 2022. The pubbies might even gain a veto proof majority. Probably not, but it’s possible.

That is what I remember learning in History class, 1/3 favored independence, 1/3 remained loyal to King George, and 1/3 were indifferent or undecided, at least at the start. British policies over reacting to the separatists probably increased their support over time.

If we have free and fair elections, the Dems will be in the minority in the House and Senate. So, they are trying to entrench themselves through voting fraud so they can never lose. The other option is to rig the primaries so the establishment RINOs win over the MAGA candidates. They then win the general election, but even that is fake, but gives the illusion of a two party system. In fact it will still be the uniparty in control of D.C.
