There are 3 synagogues, a Jewish community center, Chabad House and a day school in Boulder. Targeting Jews by going to an ordinary grocery store seems odd, but crazy people do crazy things.
It is in a Jewish neighborhood and specialized with more Kosher food than normally you would find in a King Soopers. This is a large grocery store, owned by Kroger.

Please emphasize this. Everyone here is assuming this is about Jewish victims because it’s about Jews mourning.
But it’s not at all. It is a Jewish site that is taking the local Jew perspective of the atrocity.
