Presumably these FIBBERS were on the clock when doing the bidding of Biden. How is this not misuse of government assets or whatever that crime would be?

On or off the clock, the SS was in violation of official rules and policy to the point of criminal corruption.

Federal Firearms Dealers fill out and permanently hold in their own possession a form 4473 for each firearm sold.

Hunter Biden would have to perjure himself to validate a 4473 and receive custody of the firearm specified on the 4473.

If the SS could illegally secure the 4473 and destroy it, there would be no copies to evidence Hunter Biden's perjury, and he's off the hook.

That was the object of the unsanctioned visits.
