The Senate on Wednesday confirmed Dr. “Rachel” Levine, a transgender, as Assistant Health Secretary in a 52-48 vote.
RINO Senators Susan Collins (ME) and Lisa Murkowski (AK) joined the Democrats and supported Levine.

Patriots, what your post-17th Amendment (17A) ratification senators are not telling you about the constitutionally undefined U.S. Health Department is this.
Military and federal employment issues aside, and regardless what the misguided (imo) Roberts Court wants everybody to believe about the constitutionality of related Obamacare, it remains that the states have never expressly constitutionally given the unconstitutionally big federal government the specific power to dictate healthcare policy to the states imo.
In other words, corrupt Congress can't even dictate health policy to the states.

Better yet, patriots need to work with their state lawmakers to repeal 17A.

Ever since January 6th I have been posting that the only way forward from the electoral catastrophe of 2020 is state-by-state nullification, non-compliance, and secession from the illegitimate tyrannical junta in DC we now suffer under.
