The white guy in Dallas was off his meds (I don’t think he ODed, rather he wasn’t on his medication) and it was he who called the police because he was having a psychotic episode.
The police knelt on him, mocked him when he wasn’t breathing, never checked his eyes or pulse and then wondered if they had killed him. And the video was suppressed for years.
And if the public had been outraged over that perhaps the tactic of holding someone that way would’ve become prohibited.
But he was white so it never mattered.
People who take PCP and go wild ought to be put down like mad dogs. They want to commemorate that a$$hole. Pity Wegman’s doesn’t sell shotguns. The trapped customers could have gotten out pretty fast, then.
They were asking if he took any cocaine. So he was both off his meds and on cocaine, apparently. He didn’t answer with any coherence.
