Potato , potAto ballistically identical the brace vs stock at the other end makes no difference. Let at least be honest the whole AR pistol thing exists SOLELY to get around the onerous tax stamp , eating periods and paper work. If NFA 34 was amended to remove SBRs and turn them into a 4473 item that you just filled out a yellow form for no one would make a “brace” I won’t say how many “pistols” I own but you would need hands and feet to count them like a toddler. Still if the paper work and waiting period and cost were eliminated I would 4473 every one and put a real stock on them but these tyrants will NEVER get rid of ‘34 and are about to use an EO just like the Donny did on bumpstocks to make instant felons which is the end goal make no mistake that is the goal make normally law complaint people into felons to remove permanently the RTBA and vote as well that’s the whole point.
