Personally I don’t care if women fight on the battlefield, if that is what they volunteer for. I do have a big problem with grading females on a curve, which is just going to end up getting soldiers killed - like when a 250lb navy seal only way out is to be carried by the 110lb female who was given a pass on the fitness test.
These are all “practice” test.
The real test comes when they are in combat. There are only two scores, pass and you live, fail and you die (or someone else dies in your place)!

Won’t work. Male soldiers will simply ‘identify’ as females in order to pass the annual fitness test. And when that happens it will raise the median scores for the women causing a destructive feedback loop.

The reality is that it is unfair for men. Will a unit make different decisions if a female is captured vs. a male? We all know what our enemies would love to do with our women. The only goal should be lethality, not woke social engineering - it’ll get people killed.

To put it bluntly our Military is in deep $hit. Our enemys have to be lovin this,espeically when they see Beijing Biden fall on the ramp.
Plus, the enemy will vector their location with all their whining about having to do their own dishes/mess kits.

We’re going to need special tests for pregnant women too. Definitely going to have to take “getting up off a couch or low chair” out of the fitness test, for equity’s sake.
But. . .but. . .but. . .what about woymn that identify as men. . .are they held to the same standard as biological men. . .tough question. . .as they will all but fail miserably. Can’t have that.

War is racist and homophobic. It always was and it always will be. The US military should never become a social and political experiment that foments confusion and weakness within. Clearly there’s a ploy underfoot, killing off the US military will allow the Democrats to complete their task of killing off this Republic. The DC criminal cabal serves Amerika, not the same America we patriots love and serve.

I do. For many reasons. Very few front-line warriors support the decision to include females in combat roles. Even the Israeli’s gave up on that idea.
Pregnancy is another. . .abortion is morally wrong, but knowingly sending a pregnant female into combat is taking a baby into combat. She might have volunteered for that but the baby did not. What about unplanned pregnancies during deployment? What about planned pregnancies as a way to get out of deploying? The Navy has their Blue Water capability tethered when they have a pregnant female on-board.
Gulf War I, about 10-days before deployment, I was in the outer office waiting to speak with the Battalion commander and in the next office was a very pregnant female soldier crying to the First Sergeant, pleading not to be left behind. She blubbered she would go right now and have a C-section as long as she deployed. Ghastly. Just ghastly. . .Willing to carve her baby out of her belly and drop-kick it to the curb. Fundamentally wrong and against all biological imperatives.
In the field, in my experience, all female soldiers were Belle of the Ball. Never had to do a darned thing because some Sammy Soldier would volunteer to help her/take over the task she had just for a chance to get the bump-and-grind from Sally Soldier.
A funny aside:
A couple weeks before returning home, overhead this:
Soldier 1: Have you noticed the women are getting more and more b##chy?
Soldier 2: Yeah, it’s because they realize that in a few weeks they will be ugly again.
I have other reasons to believe sending women into combat is not a good thing, and physical standards and injury rates are only part of the reason.

And for a career you are taught to be sensitive to females, correct your language and behavior to be more “woke,” but yet, you go to war and are captured together and somehow you are supposed to turn off all the SJW wokeness so when they bring her out and threaten her to make you talk, you are expected to turn off all that decades-long sensitivity training and be detached? And then when you come back you are again supposed to be woke?
Who is laughing harder? The Democrat party as Republicans stayed home in Georgia thus giving complete control the federal government to the Democrats or the Chinese who are building up their army as we are doing gender adjustments? This is not going to end well.
Every time a read an asinine comment like this, I'm reminded of the time in Vietnam when I was so grubby that I just HAD to get clean. There was an old bomb crater which had partially filled with rainwater. A couple of us took turns guarding the others while we stripped down to boots, helmet and flack jacket. We were in the bush on a search & destroy mission against NVA troops, so we had to be careful.
Soap up, pour a couple of helmet-fulls of muddy crater water over your head, rise under the armpits, etc. and VOILA! Clean at last!
How's that going to work with females in your unit?
BTW, every time I go to the VA hospital, I see the walls covered with posters telling female veterans to report sexual harassment or assault. Predictable consequences.
Predictable, but not condoned.
The battlefield does not provide gender-specific obstacles and challenges.
