White House officials are preparing to present President Biden with a roughly $3 trillion infrastructure and jobs package that includes high-profile domestic policy priorities such as free community college and universal prekindergarten, according to three people familiar with internal discussions.
After completing the $1.9 trillion coronavirus relief package this month, Biden administration officials are piecing together the next major legislative priority. Although no final announcement has been made, the White House is expected to push a multitrillion-dollar jobs and infrastructure plan as the centerpiece of the president’s “Build Back Better” agenda.
That effort is expected to be broken into two parts — one focused on infrastructure, and the other focused on other domestic priorities such as growing the newly expanded child tax credit for several years. The people, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to describe private conversations, stressed that planning was preliminary and subject to change. Some aides said that the package’s final price tag remains unclear.

It is targeted at under performing areas that need a boost.
Problem is those areas typically already have free PreK (Head Start) and it doesn’t help.
Folding CC into the public school sector won’t hurt, but has very little chance of helping.
Education is viewed as evil in those communities (not racial. My home town suspected me because I left to get an engineering degree and “betrayed” them).
Which needs a two parent household at the least.
Which is now viewed as a sign of “privilege” and evil.
Even with two parents, it is hard. With one it is near impossible.

Well yes, because you have to start the indoctrination early, and in terms even those who can’t get accepted to a college or university can understand.
They will be able to indoctrinate the kids in how to use the new “pronouns” beginning at age 3 now. Can’t let those eeevvil parents give them any ideas about there being only two sexes!
Coming: “Universal basic income (for non-Whites)” also known as reparations. Confiscation of 1% of accumulated wealth over 1 million, each year. Confiscation of guns held by non-violent people while violent criminals will be allowed to keep their guns.
Should be interesting, the next couple of years!
