BTW, I don't think all the proposed cases were fraud-based. Some were arguing that certain Secretaries of State had taken action not permitted under current law or the Constitution and that action rendered the election results null and void.
That's not fraud if I understand it correctly.

The case that that statement was made in was an ‘equal protection’ case, and was just about the structural inequities caused by some counties using the legal standard, and others using different, looser standards.
