Hey - I’m a “germaphobe” and masks absolutely gross me out. I don’t wear one unless I absolutely have to, and actively avoid situations where I’ll have to wear one for very long. (Haven’t traveled by air for a year, no hair salon or for a year, etc).
When I have to use a mask, I use a disposable one, and you know - dispose of it!
I’m in Texas and as soon as the mask mandate was dropped I really started pushing the envelope on not wearing a mask where it’s “optional” or “requested”.
I do wash the heck out of my hands more often than I used to :)
Just wanted to defend the germaphobes. We’re not all maskholes.
