The Lieutenant Governor is Kathy Hochul. She is a lib, to be sure, but she comes from Western New York, which is a damn site better than the usual New York State pol who harken from New York City. Still, you are ultimately correct. She will either be eaten alive, turn full commie lib or become a full-on puppet.

Can't agree more. However, there is a competition from New Jersey and Pennsylvania. It seems wherever there is deeply entrenched establishment there is corruption.
