Why not just eat the real thing?
Oh, we’re meat lovers...see our freezer. Steak, quarter hams, brats, Nathan’s Frank’s, chicken, Meat Lover Pizza. Lots and lots of beautiful meat. Black bean burgers are just another food group...and very good.
“Why kill an animal when you don’t have to?” Chrissy Hynde, of the Pretenders wrote it in her book I’m now reading. Made sense to me. Doesn’t mean I’m going veggie tomorrow but I can see where humans could evolve to where the artificial stuff just might taste as good or better. What will the ranchers do? They can learn to keyboard.
