Hard to believe a guy we thought of as a patriotic hero, turns out to be such a POS. I have a feeling Dick Cheney is now of the same ilk.
Count me in with that group. My only consolation is that I vote for Keyes during the 2000 primary.
If any good came out of these elections, it's that we learned how deep the rot is in our government. With few exceptions we can see that even the republicans were in on it.
Now that we know, the only question is whether there is enough time and enough "American" left in us to fix it.
