Possibly Option D as well - the Dems are used to spouting off crazy conspiracy theories about Republicans, and then having the media cover for them and social media silence counter arguments. Doesn’t work so easily when you’re dealing with another world leader.
Its clear that Slow Joe is declining fast, and was installed by a coup/conspiracy of Democrats, the Deep-State, tech oligarchs, and corrupt media
So he’s clearly a puppet and figurehead.
