With our glorious future in view, Christians do not have less of a stake in the present, but infinitely more. As R.C. Sproul so often reminded us, right now counts forever. Live from Orlando, watch our 2021 National Conference as we consider the eternal significance of our everyday lives.
Thursday, March 18, sessions (all times ET):
9:00 a.m. – “No Other Gospel” by Stephen Nichols
10:45 a.m. – Panel Discussion: “R.C. Sproul’s Life and Ministry” with Nichols, Parsons, and Mrs. Sproul
2:00 p.m. – “Working as for the Lord” by Steven Lawson
3:45 p.m. – Questions & Answers with Kim, Lawson, MacArthur, and Nichols
7:00 p.m. – “The Holiness of God and His People” by John MacArthur
Right now Stephen Nichols is teaching from Galatians...
I subscribe to this view of the kingdom of God being here:
Already, but not yet.
That is, we’re in it, but it is not yet fully completed. So it’s best to remember to live your life as if Christ has already returned. And, frankly, I’m not sure that after he returns it will be all that much different than this life, except for no sin, of course. And no death. Hospitals probably won’t exist. :D
