Actually, Puppet "President" Biden just says whatever the DPC tells him to say. Then "Vice President" Kamala laughs in support of Sleepy Joe. Kamala knows it will be mere months or maybe a year at most before Sleepy Joe resigns for physical/mental health reasons and she becomes the leader of the free world.
