I’ve read that passing the bar exam is not easy.
That's because the number of people with average intelligence that take the bar. This country is filled with a bunch of dimwitted lawyers that couldn't think their way out of a paper bag.
The three day bar exam, with three different sections (essay, multiple choice and practical)
in California used to be quite challenging. Last year, the CalBar lowered the grade to pass
since not enough POC were passing.
There are 1.33 million lawyers in the USA so the bar exam can’t be that difficult.
