Politicians, in general, are losers who gravitated to politics because they want to control people, (that and other unappealing motivations). It just so happens that if you scare them a little bit, Americans are all in for being controlled. Heck, the American public will turn on those who don’t fall in line.
That is the really sad part of the covid hysteria, how quickly and easily americans capitulated to tyranny, all because of a grossly exaggerated public health issue.
