Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson needs to be sentenced, fined and serve jail time. In addition she must be disbarred (another Harvard dumbass) and not permitted to hold public office ever again.

Oh wait, that would only happen to people like us. Screw the legal system.

I believe that in most states, much like federal impeachment, that when a state official is impeached, they are barred from holding any public office in that state.
I am not sure of the laws that might be in play in this case so an impeachment would be the minimum that I can say as an option with any confidence.
