Option B has been in operation for some time. There is no need now to “pack the court.” it might be done in order to publicly demonstrate total power, tough. Same with adding Puerto Rico and DC s new states. They have control of elections now and don’t need the rest of that stuff. it is One Party Rule that is no longer preventable and likely not reversible.

Agree, that’s why I’m out of this country (soon), likely for life. I’ll leave the others here to try to fight off the government when they start going down their arrest lists.
