Normally I would say the courts would throw this out pretty quickly if it passed, but I’m not sure we have any functioning courts any more.
If I were in California, I would not want to be on the police force. You’re a single incident away from a lifetime in jail trying to deal with misanthropes. I’d be looking for work in conservative states.

We should all hope that this bill is thrown out by the Courts. Can you imagine....ban Jews, ban Catholics, ban Protestants, ban “straight people,” ban Asians, ban Hispanics, ban short people, ban college educated, ban the rich, ban the poor, ban the meek, ban the strong and ban the dull.
Note: I dare not include “ban the crooks!” They will always be running for office to enrich themselves, no stopping that.
