There are no Niggaz on my block. There is a black family four doors down, but they’re not Niggaz. Niggaz-ness is determined by BEHAVIOR and ATTITUDE. Our neighbors behave like neighbors and their attitude reflects it.

Check out the video on youtube.In it Chris Rock points out,in great detail,that there are decent,respectable,hard working black people and that there are punks he refers to as "niggaz".

I can't speak for other countries but in this country there's no shortage of people of all colors who are decent and respectable and no shortage of bums,also of all colors.

your attitude about blacks is the what I remember growing up.....instinctively, you knew who were the good black people and who were not.....that word is absolutely based on behavior and attitude, not skin color nor country of origin.....at least that’s the way it used to be...
