Bank of America is insane. I had deal with them when trying to help an elderly relative. Let’s just say they don’t care what kind of legal documents you have. They dare you to go to court (even though they lose those cases).
Didn’t Bank of American give up people who might have been in DC on the 6th through credit card charges without a warrant? I know AT&T gave up cell phone locations without a warrant. How fast we have become a Fascist nation without anyone challenging it

I had a check from a friend, written on his account at a local BofA.
I stepped up to the BofA counter to cash it. I did not have an account with them.
They wanted $7 to cash his check.
I just turned around and walked out.
(Cashed it at my bank later, no fee, no problem.)
