*The amount of Fentyanyl to cause an overdose is 3 ng/mL. Floyd had 11 ng/mL which is three times the limit for an overdose. If any of us had that amount, we would have a hard time breathing until the bell rang for cardiac arrest.
Floyds lungs were 2-3 times the normal weight according to the pathologist doing the autopsy. They had filled will fluid as a consequence of fentanyl in his blood.
Floyd’s behavior was consistent with Excited Delirium Syndrome which puts one in danger of sudden cardiac arrest.
