Your link says absolutely nothing about mutations. Nor would the suggested phenomenon need a mutated virus for an additional infection, in the hypothetical scenario.

So much is talked about the vaccine but the FACT that this virus was Deliberately made in the Wuhan Lab should be as intensely talked and investigated like Chernobyl!
