Democrats want as many Americans out of work and dependent on the government as possible — and one of their newest legislative pushes makes that an indisputable fact.
Although President Joe Biden has been doing his best to depress the American economy by killing thousands of union jobs and plunging America into generational debt, it’s all a pittance compared to what the Protecting the Right to Organize Act of 2021 could do if signed into law.
The PRO Act, passed by the House of Representatives last month and endorsed by Biden this week, could obliterate as many as 57 million jobs — that’s how many Americans freelanced in 2019, according to a survey released that year — by essentially outlawing freelance employment.

Funny how the effort to Unionize is called “organizing” when all it does is foment chaos.
You guys don’t get it, this is about Slavery still for the Demonrat party.
Entrepreneurs, Gig Workers, Independent Contractors, Freelancers,... All reek of Self Reliance, Individualism and Risk Taking. These are people that want to do things their way and become winners. The sooner we destroy these Independence Fostering jobs that we know will not be filled by those being displaced, because they won’t do the same job at half of what they were making. These jobs will then open up for the less fortunate, oppressed minorities that will be Grateful to Jump on the Back Porch and Join the Plantation to get their daily bread.
Putting people out of work is not some sort of unintended consequence. And it isn't really about unions. It's about crushing the American people using any excuse.
This is what the Biden admin and Democrats call "Building Back Better."
I saw nothing in the article about any pushback. I can only hope a few Republicans will vigorously try to stop this from becoming national law.
The first thing to do would be to inform and educate the public.
This law is somewhat nebulous in its description and some may not think it would ever affect them.
Huckabee was talking about it the other day. That is a start.
All of these attempts to trespass into state powers is going to either get a massive state challenge or even secession.
Physicians, surgeons, dentists, psychologists, or veterinarians, securities brokers, investment advisers, and agents, lawyers, accountants, and insurance brokers, architects, engineers, and real estate agents.
