Senate Republicans Are Failing Us... Big Time
PJ Media ^ | 11 Mar 2021 | Matt Margolis

Posted on 03/11/2021 2:30:53 PM PST by Rummyfan

The Democratic Party stood virtually united “resisting” Trump for four years. Their stalwart opposition was ruthless and unwavering. It had been my hope that if there was any lasting legacy of Trump in the Republican Party it would be that he taught them not just to not walk away from a fight but to actually fight back.

Yet again, I find myself disappointed.

On Wednesday the Senate confirmed racial conspiracy theorist Marcia Fudge as HUD secretary, and Merrick Garland as attorney general.

Fudge was confirmed 66-34, and Garland 70-30.

How did Fudge get sixteen Republicans to vote for her confirmation? And How did Garland get twenty?

Rest assured, I’m not calling for blanket opposition to Biden’s nominees. That is not a good strategy. But fighting the nominations of exceptionally bad nominees should be an easy thing for the GOP to unify and rally behind. Yet they’re not.

Senate Republicans aren’t failing us.
They don’t represent the USA

Fixed. Remember which countries orchestrated the Coup.

Gee, I wonder if it's related to the fact that Mitch McConnell has a direct link through his wife's family to Xi and the CCP.

Naw. That would be too obvious.

“What we learned in the last election is that voting doesn’t matter anymore. If you didn’t learn that, I’m not sure how you can be helped.”

Then your problem is with Trump also, since he took 2 trips to Georgia telling Republicans to VOTE in the runoffs.

Do you think that Trump is also an IDIOT, like you think I am.

Blaming Lin Wood for losing the senate is nonsense, the blame lies completely with China Mitch McConnell. McConnell did everything he could to lose the senate because he didn’t care.

Now we are seeing the destruction of this country by the democrats but there is little good in blaming them, that’s what democrats have always done. The blame lies solely at the feet of the republican senate and until we get rid of those bums we won’t have chance of getting our country back.

I’m curious as to what YOUR brilliant strategy is.

Congress is a crime syndicate. If you are an active participant, you make a lot of money.

If you're not an active member, you better keep your mouth shut if you want your nice family to keep on breathing.

“Neither is a good option since the result was the same. Apart from Divine Intervention, I don’t know what the answer is.”

Doing what our ancestors did, and what I’m in the process of doing, which is giving up on the country where I’ve spent my entire life. Our leaders failed us decades ago, and with that, the country’s days were numbered.

The only thing that I’m surprised about is how long it took them to figure out how much power they could have if they simply seized it. I was sure Obama would going to seize power...but he didn’t, so we survived another 12 years, and for that I’m forever thankful to Obama, since it gave me enough time to finish out my career, and now I can leave, with decent resources, and live in a country that, while Socialist, doesn’t have a government that hates me and wants me exterminated.

But we sure taught those RINOs in Georgia a lesson, didn’t we!!!!

By the time 2022 rolls in conservatives wont be able to EVER get a majority in either house. They got the wetbacks running the boarder in record numbers-all of them will be voting for the communist/democrat party.

Those assistant democrats? Those seats will become communist/democrat.

Oh ANOTHER PERSON here jealous of Lin Wood. You must feel so small that you didn’t propose his BRILLIANT strategy of destroying the country to ‘teach the GOP a lesson’. Don’t worry, time will heal your wounds, it always does.

As to my strategy, I guess it was the same as Trump’s, which was to try to actually win elections, and if that had happened, then we would have bought the country 2 more years before every gun owner became a felon.

Right aisle but left wing.

They have indeed gone radical; radical left. Remember how many were ready to act to “protect” Mueller?

I expect Democrats to advance progressive ideas/people.

Republicans should not and when they do, should be replaced.

We are WAYYYYYY behind on the replacing part.
