I called Gabardino’s office and let him know my disgust at his betrayal. The aide condescendingly informed me “ the law as written follows New York State laws”. I reminded him 36 other states think differently. I then asked him if he knew what FFL stands for. The aide said he did not. Not only arrogant but ignorant of what is in the law they vote on
