I’m also thinking that the prof doesn’t realize that her black students are likely NOT dumb, but instead are pushed-forward, due to their skin color, in order to get the requisite diversity in the yearbook photos. To put it another way, having whites in her class who only had to meet the same standards as the blacks there would have given her the same results.
If she had discussed it from that angle, she still likely would have been fired, but the case against her wouldn’t have been as strong.
She was on a supposedly private Zoom call. Someone sold her out.

Paid zoom subscriptions have an option to automatically record, and store either locally or in the cloud.
Time to get out the excel spreadsheet and work up some Bell curves for your court case.

I don’t teach at Georgetown but at a large midwestern state university in almost that exact tier — perhaps just a few rankings higher.
I sit this afternoon finishing grading nearly 300 essays of my graduate students. I have many students of color. It’s a different population obviously, but I suspect not all that different.
What this Georgetown prof writes is bunk. A myth. If there is a statistical correlation between race and low grades in this professor’s classes, my bet would be that the causality rests with the teacher s*cking and not with the students. A good professor would not have this problem.
The left relies on lies.
