Georgetown Law has fired one white professor and placed another on administrative leave after a video of their discussion about a black student was condemned on social media.
Dean Bill Treanor announced on Thursday that the school had ended its relationship with Professor Sandra Sellers, 62, after the video showed her complaining on Zoom that black students were predominantly at the bottom of her class.

I think it’s best to just end this discussion by saying that I’m glad you take the time to learn to properly pronounce your students’ names, regardless of their skin color, and that they like you. That has nothing to do with the topic of this thread, however. Have a good evening.

And I assume you mean at all levels of education, not just at the university level. And if what you say is true, it's a bit ironic these institutions are mostly run and controlled by by leftist/Communist.
What are the special needs that their skin color causes? These law students are college graduates, not middle schoolers but grown adults in their 20s with 16 years of schooling behind them. Is there some point at which they can be expected to share some responsibility for their own learning?

As I recall one of the charges was for "corrupting youth". If one looks at how Socrates famous students turned out, there may be considerable truth to the charge.

I wonder what she meant by it causes her anxiety to think about it? Wonder if it’s a known issue and professors just like most of school from elementary on up just passes them on regardless?
