I was convinced LONG before this virus that an optimal blood vitamin D level was crucial for good health. Nothing, including this article, will change my mind on that.
I have taken between 5000 and 10000 IU each day for years, and don’t plan to stop.

The fact remains that vitamin D deficiency is exhibited in an overwhelming number of Covid-19 positive deaths.
Seems like an easy precaution to take.
