There is also an inherent problem with allowing accusations to be made anonymously. That's how we ended up with all the idiocy surrounding U.S. Supreme Court nominees in the past. The stories people were willing to tell when they thought they wouldn't be subject to objective scrutiny were ludicrous by any measure.
