The stimulus includes money to help 10.7 million pension plans. Republicans don't see how that's pandemic aid.

It is actually theft because everyone has to pay for it even though it benefits very few. And has anyone noticed the real inflation all this spending through debt is causing? The price of living is increasing dramatically.

“Wall Street’s reckless bets that crashed our economy in 2008 hit union pensions like a knife in the ribs,”

To a large extent, unions insisted that the contributions be lowered for momentarily overfunded plans, and be directed into pay raises. Businesses said “OK” to the demand, then the markets shifted, and it was a bad idea.

I have long thought that the reason that the republican state legislatures of Michigan and Pennsylvania and Georgia and Wisconsin did nothing to counter the false presidential election tallies of 2020 is that they knew that Biden/Pelosi would rescue their state pensions and state debts.

It’s all about the money.

"99% of this is buying future (D) votes. Nothing more."

This is just open looting, now. They have already proven that they no longer need to worry about voting so they can move on to the full communist model of a ruling party elite and hangers on, and a mass of permanently dependent surfs and slaves who will never have the means to resist. The middle class/small business conservative base must be destroyed and everyone put on the public support addiction for this to work.

In the 2020 election, more women voted Democrat than in 2016, especially those who were college educated with annual incomes between $50,000 and $100,000 (many of those who would be concerned about government/corporate pensions and the words of a masculine man in the White House). It’s the same demographic that’s trying to mislead us in political discussions.

This cannot be said too many times.

I still can’t get over the fact that they went along with the idea that no-excuse mail-in ballots was a good one, especially with such a consequential election coming up.

I sometimes wonder if they were in on it too.

Republicans need to file lawsuits for each and every non-COVID earmark in the bill.
