Everyone with savings pay for inflation caused by crazy fiscal and monetary policy.
Those on social security pay because inflation indexes deliberately understate the rate of inflation so that payments become worth less and less in rep terms over time.

As much as I hate the New Deal Bill’s and the Great Society Bill’s, they say least created programs, very bad ones, but programs. This is just a giant slush fund.
With only 9% of the 1.9 trillion actually going to anything concerning the virus, it is patently disingenuous to keep calling this monstrosity a “coronavirus” bill.
Might be a good approach to direct some of this ‘free money’ to Trump’s PAC so he can stir up some s*** with it the next few years.

Right before the mid-term elections, the Dems will manufacture a reason for having to give the masses another round of checks, “free” money. Commonly known as buying the election. And the Dems will win, because the dumbed down populace will want their “free” money, regardless of the far reaching detrimental consequences to the U.S. economy.
One bit of hope though is in this next mid-election for Senator that Ossoff won this time in GA to fill out the rest of the term of the Senator that went before him, we could win back. If he loses, then we will be up one more vote in the Senate, assuming we don’t lose any other Pub Senators. Trump wants Herschel Walker to run against Ossoff. My bet is Herschel would win.
They didn’t do anything in 2017-2018. They literally sat on their hands.
The leadership, McConnell and Ryan were both of a mind to refuse
to let an outside come in and fix things.
They were in charge, not Trump.
They missed the best opportunity for change in at least 75
years.
They wouldn’t even fund the border wall.
What they did bordered on treason > IMO.
