I would like to know why he shot a woman who had no weapon. Did he think she had a weapon? What made him think that? What were his orders? These question are asked when black people get shot. White people deserve the same.
Once the officer files motion to dismiss on the basis of qualified immunity, there’s no right to pretrial discovery.
Both libs and conservatives should join to get rid of, or sharply curtail, qualified immunity but it won’t happen sadly - mainly because libs like it when cons get shot by the police, and cons like it when libs get shot by the police.
