A girl I know was in a bus station late at night when she was stalked and harassed by a creepy guy. She called the cops as he wouldn't stop lurking around her.
He faded away by the time an officer showed up. Building a description for his report, he asked the girl to describe him.
"Was he a black man?" the cop asked her.
"No. He was normal," she responded.
The cop was black.
