Since those not vaccinated are told to stay 6 feet apart, why not make the tattoo a “6”? Actually, since the first vaccine takes 2 shots you would get the first 6 with the first shot and another with the second shot.
I’m sure a booster will be required, requiring a third 6. That should be sufficient.

Immune response from mild or asymptomatic cases of COVID-19 has been observed to produce low numbers of neutralizing antibodies that are short-lived. More severe cases generally produced higher levels of neutralizing antibodies. The vaccines produce vastly higher levels of neutralizing antibodies and are the reason that the variants in South Africa and Brazil aren't a major threat.
About 80% of people infected with the April 2020 variant of COVID-19 have a mild or asymptomatic case. The evidence so far says that the South Africa variant and the Brazil variant can infect them and produce disease. Vaccinated persons are fine. People who've had a severe bought should also be fine.
