Sabin is a LIVE ATTENUATED POLIOVIRUS and is off the market because it's big advantage - vaccinated kids spread it to unvaccinated kids - turned into a near disaster as the weakened poliovirus, after passing through dozens of kids GI tracts reverts to lethality and WHO-sponsored vaccination campaigns in Africa causes an outbreak of paralytic polio.
Sabin is a killed virus and remains perfectly safe.
