She was murdered, plain and simple. So she trespassed? So it could be commercial burglary in some states. Neither is a violent felony and ANY cop anywhere else would be arrested for shooting them with no warning, with no reason for precluding every other level of force.
Verbal warning? no.
Physical hands on arrest? no.
Pepper spray? Baton? Taser? No, no, nope.
Straight to deadly force.

This is criminal murder.

The US Capitol also does not enjoy the deadly force protection of say a nuclear weapons storage location.

This is unjustified murder. They are protecting the killer because he is a black Brazilian immigrant and it helps their narrative.

A final question, if she was doing something that a cop could gun her down for, why were the fully equipped SWAT guys 3 or 4 feet behind her doing nothing whatsoever to stop her?

Bloody police state murder.

The gunman could also have easily hit those SWAT guys behind her; he appears to have fired blindly. There seems to have been no communication.

Furthermore are we even SURE it was a police/security officer that fired? Last video I’ve seen it wasn’t absolutely clear who did the shooting.

I keep wondering if the reason they don’t want to look at this shooting is the offhand chance the shooter wasn’t security but was instead a congressional staffer.

Didn’t a Congressman once state that some members do have weapons in their offices?

Where have you been? Stephon Clark in Sacramento was guilty of, at best, trespassing and, at worst, attempted burglary. He was unarmed, police shot him, no indictment. Columbus police shot an unarmed black man in his garage, no indictment. Breonna Taylor was unarmed, shot by police, no indictment. Police in Georgia shoot a kid holding a video game controller, no charges. Police in Nevada shoot a man detained for carrying a weapon in a Las Vegas Costco, no charges. A kid carrying a toy pistol in Cleveland, no charges. Police shoot unarmed people all the time and they walk away with it. There is absolutely nothing surprising about the lack of charges in this case.

The video that gave the blow by blow analysis of the scene answers that question.. Because it was staged. Anything is plausible at this point. I believed from day one the whole "riot" was orchestrated by Congressional Democrats, FBI, DC Mayor, and Capitol police.
