Do yourself a favor and get a copy of "SJWs Always Lie" by Vox Day, which is still available on Amazon (I don't know if links are allowed here).
A lot of people here think they are accomplishing something by refuting these obvious lies, that they are somehow "owning the libs". But the "Democrats and the mainstream media" in this case ALREADY KNOW THET ARE LYING. They are using the lie not to engage with you (dialectics) but to beat you with a club (rhetoric).
You have to answer rhetoric with rhetoric, not with dialogue. Answering with, "well, it's not a Nazi rune and if it is, the Dems are the real Nazis, and here's the proof" just does two things: First, it engages the enemy on his battlefield ("You guys are Nazis") and second, by accepting the major premise ("OK, it's a nazi rune but Dems did it first") you make yourself look weak and afraid of the enemy's rhetoric.
It takes a bit of practice, but the best way to answer "you're a Nazi/racist/homophobe" (in all of the thousands of variations in cuurrent use) is "Why do you hate white people?" or some other message of your choice, which has the effect of slapping them back in their rhetorical face, rather than telling them ("you're wrong and here's why") something they already know.
One of the hit pieces has the phrase “Was it deliberate or just a goof, it hardly matters.” This goes to the heart of their hypocrisy. A major tenet of Democrat philosophy is that intent matters more than results. If you intended to do good but the results are shitty, it doesn’t matter, your intent was good.(Immanuel Kant) It lets them fuck up and still sleep at night. It this case, however, intent does not matter, because, you know, Republicans are all Nazi’s in their heart and this just snuck out. Amazing hypocrisy in plain view.
We need to keep a formal list of demcrat’s dirty tricks. There will be a time when we’ll use them in a court of law.

Anyone who thinks they wouldn’t do this to a conservative client is naive. That’s not to say that it was definitely intentional, but it is entirely consistent with how leftists operate, so it has to be considered as a possibility.
They are not hypocrites and they do not practice a double standard.
They are highly effective political street fighters who are winning all their battles, at least until the system changes.
Next time hire an LGTBBQ company and see what they come up with.
