I doubt they have 50 votes for that either. Ending the current phone-it-in filibuster would mean that in order to block legislation senators would have to actually hold the floor for as long as it took. That's too much like work for them.

I’m surprised they havent changed the rules of congressional voting, and switched over to mail in votes for these democrat issues that they wanna ram through. Vote counting stops at midnight due to leaking sewer pipe, get up in the morning, and viola, the measure has passed.
