It was in the single-digits and teens where I am in Texas, and they did rolling blackouts for two days.
My electric bill was about $70 higher for that month than the previous one.
Easy enough to unscramble.
Compare last month’s bill to the overcharges and charge the last months rate.
The high prices charged are not actual costs of producing electricity. This is just greed.
Sounds like you picked the right billing plan
