Extortion? I mean, if he donesn't get enough money, is he going to beahve differently in the legislative process? Pay me, or I won't oppose this radical agenda?
I can understand a lobbyist needing money, maybe to file lawsuits or maybe to lobby. But Mitch and hois party have the job.
