When I bought a house in Miami, the realtor couldn’t stop talking about the palm trees. Wish I’d known this at the time, could have knocked $20K off the price... From now on I’m calling them “oversized blades of grass.”
learned that years ago and also learned that my Arecas when young after pruning produced Palm hearts, although not as good as store bought from S America
