Whenever a building or even a sidewalk is being “modernized,” try to check where the marble and slate are going after they’ve been removed. You won’t be able to. Somebody’s mansion.
OMG, if I understand correctly...these palms will end up in the backyard of someone’s luxury estate?
I suppose they have to accommodate all of the wealthy New Yorkers who’ve moved there.
This story makes me sad on so many levels.
