Cuomo, for years, has been very critical of Comrade De Blasio's performance as mayor of New York, even several times calling for his removal. You gotta believe the commie left, who are in the driver's seat right now, can't be too happy about that.

Cuomo, now in his third term as governor, has faced bipartisan pressure to step down as the number of women accusing him of inappropriate conduct has grown to three — with two alleging that Cuomo forcibly kissed them.

Russia agreed to provide military training for three leftist regimes in Latin America and increase military visits and exercises following a visit last week to the region by Moscow's Defense Minister Sergei Shoygu, Pentagon officials said.

Shoygu met with defense and military leaders in Cuba, Venezuela, and Nicaragua and signed several agreements on warship visits and military training during the visit, which ran from Feb 11 to 14.

It is not clear whether any new arms deals were completed during the visit.

The leftists, including the N.Y. Times editorial page, never liked Cuomo. They backed people who were further to the left, like Zephyr Teachout.

Cuomo was frequently at odds with leftist Democrats in the legislature, who wanted higher taxes on the rich than he was willing to go for, universal state government-paid health care, etc.

Now is their opportunity to get rid of him finally, and get someone in the Governor’s mansion who is more to their liking.
