Workers file 745,000 jobless claims as winter storm batters labor market

The number of Americans seeking unemployment benefits rose slightly last week as February’s massive winter storm roiled the coronavirus-battered labor market, the feds said Thursday.

The 745,000 initial jobless claims filed last week brought the total for the COVID-19 pandemic to nearly 80.4 million — a number more than twice the size of California’s population.

Wow. Anytime the economy showed anything negative, it was Trump’s fault. Now, it appears that Joe’s fight to crush the economy continues as the MSM blames the weather.

This is the exact same BS they used during the Obama Biden years. Every chance they could get, they would blame bad economic news on the weather.
