Isn’t California losing a district anyway with everyone moving? I’m pretty sure New York is losing one also.

“Isn’t California losing a district anyway with everyone moving? I’m pretty sure New York is losing one also.”

But the Republican areas are losing population relative to the rest of the state in each case. Also wet backs prop up Dem areas. With Democrats in control there they can do a lot of damage to us in those two states.

Which means they have to redraw all the boundaries for all the congressional seats. If the Democrats can't gerrymander a dozen Republicans out of their seats between the two states then they aren't trying.
