"They"?They who would use lies and distortions to strike fear and panic into peoples' hearts to convince them to alter their decision about what's best for their own health and wellbeing.
If "they" would stick to facts over fearmongering, then "we" could have a productive discussion about the pros and cons and risks. But "they" keep ranting about Bill Gates mind control microchips and alien DNA and genetic alteration and all sorts of similarly absurd kook conspiracy theory hogwash. So it becomes "us vs them" out of necessity to try and make sure people hear more facts than fearmongering.
