Democrats do not learn from past mistakes. Last time they called for a boycott, Goya sales increased.

Maybe they own stock in Goya, and want the quarterly earnings to go up.

I believe one thing. They are pushing to mess with the CEO of Goya, who is a standup guy, deplorable through and through, and that cannot be allowed. They can de-platform whomever they want on twitter, facebook, you tube, etc. But they do not get to mess with a good man where he works. Buy it for barter or immediate consumption. Buy it to give to the poor. But there is no freakin’ way that they get to do this. It has to backfire on them just like last time, only moreso.

One good thing. They are not publicly traded, so the company’s equity is safe.

The Goya board would be unwise to act in a way that would make me forget.Unanue's pro-Trump stance resulted in a huge "buycott" for Goya which more than made up for the liberal boycott. You would think the board would be wise enough not to stifle or get rid of him, but I'm not optimistic. Years ago there was a huge conservative Chick-fil-a buycott. You would never know it looking at the company today.
